Textured HDPE Geomembrane
01 How do we select the right geomembrane thickness and barrier performance?
Selection depends on the contained medium, subgrade, water head, exposure, slope geometry and project standard. Send the drawings and service conditions; we will recommend the material grade and thickness for engineering approval rather than using one thickness for every project.
03 Is the liner resistant to acids, alkalis and industrial wastewater?
Polyethylene geomembranes resist many aqueous chemicals, but compatibility depends on concentration, temperature, exposure time and stress. Provide the chemical list and operating range before ordering. For critical containment, compatibility testing or confirmation by the project engineer is recommended.
04 What service life can be expected in a landfill lining system?
There is no single guaranteed life for every site. Resin quality, antioxidant package, thickness, temperature, chemical exposure, UV exposure, installation damage and cover protection all affect durability. We supply batch test records and recommend that the design life be assessed within the complete lining system by the project engineer.
05 What quality and certification documents can be supplied?
Depending on the product and contract, we can provide factory batch test reports, roll identification, raw-material and production records, packing and loading photos, certificates of origin and available third-party reports. Required standards and inspection points must be confirmed in the purchase order.
