Project judgments and procurement conclusions
GB/T 17643-2025 has replaced GB/T 17643-2011. New inquiries, tenders and inspection mandates should not continue to be uniformly written in brackets by country, but should specify standard numbers with year, product type, common thickness, surface shape, additional requirements for use and sampling rules. Old projects such as contracts still refer to the 2011 version, and should be confirmed in writing by the contractors whether the changes have been made, and suppliers cannot replace the version themselves.
