Project judgments and procurement conclusions
Samples can only demonstrate the quality of the samples sent and cannot automatically represent all future batches. Purchasers should define the use of the samples: appearance confirmation, initial selection type, third-party type testing or mass production samples; each sample identifies the product, specification, direction, batch and date. Formal orders still need to agree on batch sampling, test frequency and unqualified disposal.
