In winter construction, the temperature of the mill cannot be increased. The membrane surface freezes, water is frozen, the wind cools and the material shrinks shrink the process window. Each time the mill is opened, the weather changes significantly, the equipment or the mill is replaced, the mill should be retested to strip the shape of the damaging and the strength to determine the speed, temperature and pressure combination.
