For wide or prefabricated geomembrane panels, production dimensions cannot be separated from logistics. The package must fit the container, survive restraint and handling, and be deployable on site without uncontrolled dragging or creasing.
Design the package from the field layout
Confirm panel sequence, seam plan, slope direction, anchor details and the preferred unfolding direction before fixing package dimensions.
Protect folds, surfaces and identification
Control fold radius and contact pressure, prevent abrasion and contamination, and place durable identification where it remains visible during unloading.
Plan unloading and deployment
Check container access, lifting equipment, laydown area, wind limits, crew size and temporary ballast. Define how packages move from storage to the installation face.
